Service Description

We offer a 30 minute in-person consultation to determine if permanent makeup is right for you. We go over eligibility requirements, pre-care/aftercare, and appointment guidelines, color options, and decide which service(s) are best for you. Your artist gets a better understanding of your goals and expectations, and addresses all you questions and concerns.


Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES: Appointment Confirmation: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. Deposit Amount: A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and reflects your commitment to the service. Payment Methods: We accept payments through debit/credit card, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle. Cash is always preferred. Full payment is due at the time of service. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling of your appointment, subject to a rebooking fee. RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICIES: Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment will allow you to transfer your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and 25% of service charge. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
