Service Description
We offer three techniques for eyebrows: Ombré Powder, Nano/Combo, and Microblading. Please read the descriptions and select your preferred technique. If you are unsure which services to choose, you may book a consultation OR choose any technique and decide with your artist at the time of your appointment. ___________________________________________________________________ Ombré Powder Brows ⏤ soft shading, defined shape Our signature technique and most popular service. *Suitable for all skin types; recommended for large pores or combination/oily skin types. Nano/Combo ⏤ defined hair strokes & soft shading Microblading ⏤ individual hair strokes *Suitable for young, dry skin ONLY. ___________________________________________________________________ These services includes two (2) sessions. Initial session + Perfecting session The initial session, a comprehensive process, includes an in-depth consultation to understand the client's goals and desired results. The artist then meticulously pre-draws an outline and maps out a plan. The procedure starts only when the client is fully satisfied and agrees on the shape, color, and positioning, ensuring a result that aligns with their vision. After their appointment, clients receive aftercare products and instructions for caring for their new brows at home. (Be prepared for two weeks of at-home maintenance.) The perfecting session, a crucial touch-up session, takes place after 6-8 weeks, once your brows have healed entirely. Brows are a two-step process; the second appointment is necessary for a final result. (Any touch-ups after the first 60 days require additional payment.) *Results heal 50-60% lighter and, with proper aftercare, typically last 2-3 years.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICIES: Appointment Confirmation: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. Deposit Amount: A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and reflects your commitment to the service. Payment Methods: We accept payments through debit/credit card, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle. Cash is always preferred. Full payment is due at the time of service. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling of your appointment, subject to a rebooking fee. RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICIES: Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment will allow you to transfer your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and 25% of service charge. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
